First-party loop by default. `ori code` and `ori tui` run on Ori's own agent loop instead of Pi. Launch another harness explicitly when you need it. Pi is no longer bundled. The CLI does not ship or install Pi. This release still carries the Pi fixes below for installs that keep it.
