Surfaces India card mandates on Charges and SetupIntents even when inactive
Changes the following properties for India recurring card payments so that they return the mandate ID even when registration fails and the mandate is inactive: If your integration treats a non-null payment_method_details.card.mandate property on a Charge or mandate property on a SetupIntent as confirmation that the mandate is usable, you must update it to check the mandate’s status. Attempting a subsequent off-session payment with an inactive mandate causes the payment to fail.
